There are certain situations in my life that make me think, these are their stories… |
That explains so much.
If only it was rejected a 15th time…

This is the ultimate evil and the ultimate outrage in the universe.
The glory of God is not honored.
The holiness of God is not reverenced.
The greatness of God is not admired.
The power of God is not praised.
The truth of God is not sought.
The wisdom of God is not esteemed.
The beauty of God is not treasured.
The goodness of God is not savored.
The faithfulness of God is not trusted.
The promises of God are not relied upon.
The commandments of God are not obeyed.
The justice of God is not respected.
The wrath of God is not feared.
The grace of God is not cherished.
The presence of God is not prized.
The person of God is not loved.
That is what sin is.

Doing things your way instead of God’s way
I apologize, but this is the worst/cheesiest thing I have ever read anywhere on the internet concerning Christ. EVER.
This is HIGH-larious! Despite the fact that it’s a bit difficult to read, and the punch-line is BEYOND cheesy, I find it funny, I snickered.

Well then, you’re alive!
Be joyful! Live it up!
I saw a typical tumblr picture with the typical inspirational quote, and it got me thinking(which is usually how all of my posts begin.
We live in a country where we have so much, but little is appreciated; even life itself. All I hear all day long- an what I’m guilty of myself- is COMPLAINING. About how much work sucked yesterday, how unfair parents are, how no one is responding to one’s every whim. But my thought process is, you HAVE a job, you HAVE parents, YOU’RE NOT ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING. Let’s just be grateful to God for what we have, and focus on the great things of life.

I’m slowly realizing day by day how much I love children
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the true meaning if Christmas. Being a Christian, I’ve always KNOWN that it was all about the birth of Christ, but I suppose the concept never really sunk into my head. I’ve been thinking, why diver give each other gifts on Christmas? It’s not any of our birthdays. I mean, yes, gifts were given on the first Christmas, but they were given to Jesus, not man. The world tells us that Christmas is all about giving and togetherness, which are all good things, but that’s not what it’s about. Religious or not, one cannot deny that the original reason for Christmas was a celebration of the birth of our Savior.
